Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) plays such a valuable role in a busy warehouse environment Hi-Viz clothing is a great example – if you are seen, you are much more likely to be safe. We run a 360 degree Hi-Viz rule in all of our warehouses, making sure everyone can be seen from every angle.
Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) moves around warehouses at relatively slow speed but it is potentially very dangerous indeed, so being seen is of paramount importance.
We are installing these new banners in all of our sites to remind all of our warehouse staff, both old and new, of the rules we have in place for Hi-Viz, Safety Footwear, Gloves and all the other PPE needed in a busy warehouse.
We have a duty to keep ourselves and each other safe at work and family is a common ground for all. Our families are all different sizes and shapes, but we all matter to someone.
