To support the rapid growth delivered in 2022 and the ambitious plans for 2023 and beyond, Moran Logistics have made a number of key senior appointments. Andy Briody has been promoted to Transport Operations Director, Lawrence Moore has been appointed Commercial Director and Steve Parkin joins as Financial Director.
Andy is an example of fantastic Career Development within Moran Logistics – Andy started his Moran journey as a driver, before embarking on roles within personnel, transport management and then heading up National Planning and Customer Service. Andy said, “As Transport Operations Director, my aim is to be a trusted advisor to our customers, to provide guide and support the team and seek continuous improvement every day.”
Lawrence comes to Moran from a background of FMCG leadership and customer-facing roles, with his core experience in sales and marketing in both corporate and SME environments. When asked about his decision to join Moran, Lawrence said, “I am hugely excited about the growth plans Moran Logistics has and I am absolutely delighted to join an already formidable team!”
Steve, an ACCA certified professional, has a background in financial leadership and brings a strong fiscal skillset to Castle Donington Head Office to enable Moran to position itself for an ambitious future.
Steve was equally enthusiastic about joining the Moran team; “It’s terrific to join such a forward-thinking organisation within logistics and supply chain. I am really looking forward to helping Moran achieve its ambitions for the future”.
